When you register we ask for your name, email address, mobile number, city, and the focus area you want to work on. We also store the session you registered for and basic technical details such as the page you registered from.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held with our messaging provider so we can reply to you.

To confirm your seat, send joining details and reminders, place a reminder or welcome call where you have opted in, and share follow-up material about the masterclass and related programmes.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which pages and messages work, so we can improve the experience.

This website uses the Meta pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It records page views and registration events. You can limit this through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Meta platforms.

We share your details only with the service providers that operate this funnel on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, and calling providers. They may process your data only to deliver those services. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep registration records for as long as we run this masterclass and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer questions and meet record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, ask us to stop calling or messaging you, or request a copy, correction, or deletion of the details we hold.

Registration data is stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised team members can view it. No online service can promise absolute security, so please share only what is needed to attend the session.

The masterclass is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If that has happened, contact us and we will remove the record.
